Yes, it is very safe to use Original Shilajit on a regular basis if consumes in an accurate quantity. Half the size of a pea like qualtity or approximately 0.25 gms of Shilajit can be consumed twice in a day with warm milk. Increased dosage must be avoided due to high concentration of Iron content in Shilajit. Consulatation with Herbal Practitioner is recommended before increasing daily dosage.
